Returns Policy

All items are made to order. Returns due to ordering the wrong item—such as an incorrect year, make, model, or a difference in color—may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is new and unused. In such cases, an 70% partial refund will be issued, or a 30% restocking fee will apply if a replacement order is requested.

Any color or material recommendations provided by customer service shall not constitute a warranty or guarantee against color variations or material discrepancies. Customers may obtain samples to mitigate potential discrepancies; however, the customer shall bear sole responsibility for any remaining color or material variations.

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the date the return is shipped. This timeframe accounts for the transit time for the return to be received (5 to 10 business days), the internal processing time (3 to 5 business days), and the time required by financial institutions to complete the refund transaction (5 to 10 business days). In many instances, refunds may be completed sooner.

 

If you need to return an item, log in to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Returns & Replacements

All returns must receive prior approval and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number prior to return shipping within 14 days. Packages received by Lseat.com. Without prior approval and RMA number will be refused. Return shipping and insurance are the customer's responsibility. All returned items must be received in new condition. Examples that render a product non-returnable include, but are not limited to: evidence of attempted installation and parts bent, broken, creased, scratched, soiled, melted, or discolored. Also, we will not accept returns for any items that have been altered, painted, repaired or for any reason that has rendered the product non-returnable.
